Delivery Info
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
Your order will be processed and packed for shipping within 48 hours. If an order is placed on the weekend, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Within Hamilton 1 - 2 business days.
North Island 2 - 4 business days.
South Island 3 - 7 business days.
Rural - can take up to 4-7 business days.
You can pick up your books at no charge from our store in Flagstaff Hamilton, prior arrangement required.
RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us,.
We do not offer store credit on sale items or if you have changed your mind.
We will happily issue a store credit within 10 working days of receiving your items. Returned items must be received in the same condition as they were bought.
We will not cover return postage costs for returns. The store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
